nice nice food....
Everyone who try 'kong fu cao' before will know there should be some gravy on top of the mee....however the 'kong fu cao' in Penang is dry....it smells good.....with a lot of vege n egg....but its dry....u will never try this in kl....have a try nextime...ya....
I have been to Penang for 6 times....everytime i go i will never miss the special food there.....This is the best curry fish head i ever tried in Malaysia....of course u would say nothing special..but the gravy for the curry is delicious until u will eat more than two plates of rice....there are some vege inside like tomato,brinjal,lady finger and onions....its is spicy for those who dun like spicy food.....its smell so nice when the waiter serve it in front of u...how i wish i can cook such a good dish.....
Here is the 'Ais Kacang' in Penang...with a lot of red beans,sweetcorns,cincau n jelly...with ice-cream on top too......n what i like most is there are a lot of 'buah atap' in it...see the transparent jelly on top..thats the buah atap...taste good....
Yummie...Yummie......lets look at the Kangkung with Sotong....the gravy is so tasty with some peanuts on top....next to it is the Fried Osyter with a lot of eggs......the one on top is the Fried Lala..
Last but not least,it is the 'chu cheong fun'....this food serve in Penang is different from other places in Malaysia...in Penang,they serve " chu cheong fun' with sweat sauce plus prawn sauce...then with a little chilli sauce at the side...which make it smell great...but some people maynot really like the smell.....haha......Look at the most left hand corner.....Thats the 'Bubur Cha Cha'.....dessert with yam,sweet potato,read beans n some jelly....with the coconut milk serve in cold...which make a good dessert for a tiring day.....
